Belle Meade Plantation

Christmas Tours. Come and discover the historic mansion exquisitely decorated for the holidays.

November 14-16 Tennessee State Fairgrounds Christmas Village. More than 160 merchants from all over the U.S. participate in this 48th annual premier show of seasonal and gift items offering toys, clothing, jewelry, pottery, collectibles, decorations and more.
November 14-December 23 General Jackson Showboat Christmas on the General Jackson. Enjoy dinner and a show, the holiday version of NashVegas on the River as you cruise down the Cumberland.
November 14-December 25 Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center A Country Christmas presented by Nissan. The 25th annual holiday event features the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, ICE!, Louise Mandrell's Christmas Dinner & Show, craft shows, carriage rides, holiday lights and more.
November 14-December 28 Grand Ole Opry House Radio City Christmas Spectacular. The world-famous Rockettes return to Music City with dazzling scenery, costumes and lighting, a cast and crew of nearly 100 members and one magical production.
November 14-January 4 Gaylord Opryland Resort ICE! Visit the Grinch in a Dr. Seuss themed winter wonderland of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. This is the Grinch's final year at ICE! so don't miss it!
November 15-December 25 Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center Louise Mandrell's "Joy To The World" Christmas Dinner & Show. Enjoy a traditional holiday meal while Louise Mandrell and her band spread the joy with Christmas music, dancing and comedy.
November 18-January 20 Nashville Children's Theatre Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Celebrate the holidays with a chocolately adventure of a lifetime!
November 22-December 20 Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center Treasures for the Holidays. The enthralling craft show features wares from all over the U.S. and Ukraine.
November 23 Travellers Rest Plantation & Museum Holiday Decorating. Deck the house for the annual Plantation Holidays programs with wreaths and decorations made the way they did in the early 1800s.
November 26-30 Nashville Municipal Auditorium Sesame Street Live: When Elmo Grows Up. Experience Elmo and the rest of the Sesame Street gang live and in person.
November 28 Sommet Center Anita Baker. See the 8-time Grammy winner return to the stage after 10 years. What a great way to share the holiday.
November 28-December 20 TPAC Tennessee Repertory Theatre presents The Santaland Diaries. The hilarious one-man show reveals the life of an elf at Macy's in the holidays.
November 28-December 31 Adventure Science Center Winter Wonders. Work together to build an igloo, start an indoor blizzard or join in a virtual snowball fight. You can also catch live demonstrations exploring the properties of all things frozen. The really brave-of-heart can take a white-knuckle bobsled ride in the full motion simulator. It's a winter wonderland for the whole family.
November 28-January 1 The Hermitage
Holiday Tours. Experience the traditions of the Jackson family with guides in period costumes as they showcase decorations and holiday trimmings used in the early 1800s.
November 29-January 4 Cheekwood
Season of Celebration. A children's wonderland of decorations, storytelling, cookie decorating, multi-cultural activities and musical performances.
December 1-31
Travellers Rest Plantation & Museum
Holidays at Travellers Rest. Come see all the decorations as we relive an 1830's holiday.
December 6 Frist Center for the Visual Arts Holiday Concert: Blair Children's Suzuki Violin and Cello Program. In addition to traditional carols, the 50 young violin and cello students will perform classical works by Bach, Handel and Vivaldi.
Weekends, December 6-21 Nashville Zoo at Grassmere A Croft House Christmas. The Zoo's historic home will be decorated with greenery, ribbon and vintage decorations. Yuletide tours of a traditional Victorian Christmas will be offered.
December 9 TPAC Amahl and the Night Visitors and Holiday Concert. The Nashville Opera presents this holiday concert for the entire family.
December 12-14, 19-21 TPAC Nashville Ballet presents Nutcracker. Nashville Ballet's all-new Nutcracker recreates holiday entertainment in 1897 Nashville.
December 13 Cheekwood Magic of the Holidays. Make a holiday craft, enjoy seasonal refreshments, see a magician, hear holiday stories and decorate cookies.
December 13 Frist Center for the Visual Arts Holiday Concert: Tennessee State University Musicians. Faculty and student musicians will performa a festive holiday concert featuring jazz and traditional renditions of holiday classics.
December 21 Sommet Center Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The rock orchestra visits Music City on its winter tour to play Christmas songs with a twist.
December 31 LP Field Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl. See the ACC fight the SEC in what has become Nashville's holiday tradition.
